  • In-depth interviews with key stake holders to determine desired outcomes, time lines, desired vendors, key variables and limitations on options under consideration.
  • Development of the customized RFP/RFI.
  • Selection of qualified vendors to receive RFP.
  • Evaluation of responses by qualified vendors to provide client with soft and hard metrics for provider selection. Lightwave’s proprietary methodology delivers insight into carrier capabilities not available from other firms due to our position within the industry and familiarity with a wide array of providers.
